Dr. Odegaard believes everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. She works diligently everyday to make a positive difference in the lives of everyone she meets. She is passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them get to where they want to be.
She has worked in the corporate world, been a competitive athlete and a highly skilled academic. She established Champion Performance Development with the ambition to share her enthusiasm for personal and team development through one-on-one / team coaching and speaking engagements.
Robyn received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa) from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. And her Master and Doctor of Applied Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Performance and Sport from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
Doc Robyn is also the founder of the Stop The Drama! Campaign and the author of the book, Stop The Drama! The Ultimate Guide to Female Teams, where she combines executive coaching with sport psychology to show high school and college aged women how to use effective communication and productive conflict to eliminate gossip, backstabbing and catty behavior and achieve more from their potential.
